I've tried all the new ES versions, went back to 299/61, it's the best at the moment. Thanks for the reminder of "Deep Purple - Child in time", a pleasure to recall my youth.

I agree too I have tried the various versions of ES and at the moment 299/61 still wins more dynamic bottom to top and and significantly more holographic bloom. ES has to be turned up louder and the stage is more recessed compared to MC and with harmonics and decay on the highs. The development path of ES could eventually out do MC be good to see. It took a fair few iterations for MC to mature to where it left off (great software and really thrilled with the author awesome creation what a fantastic contribution to music play back.
Would some one kindly make MC300 available, I could download and verify I missed that one. Appreciated thanks

We still have some missing overtones on cymbals. I would say about 15-20% missing when compared to MC 288. We need that magic dust, and to be more free, to swing freely. Super highs should be the focus. But its great step from ES6 on this topic.
Mids and bass are even more separated, less overlapping bass. Instruments are coming from the dark. They are better separated in space.
Piano is better than ES6. Better key separation, more depth on each key attack, more substance on each key, and more pleasant tone overall. Still needs to be more color on each key, more color separation between keys. This song could be of help in trying to achieve these high goals. These are high end goals when we talk about color separation on piano keys. Note. Not all systems can produce colors, and many people dont hear them as well.
Most superb version. Albeniz: Iberia, Navarra, Suite Española / De Larrocha (CD2), 2008, Decca, Catalog #: 417887
One great work. One big Bravo to our Jap programmer.
