I have looked at mouser.com and it seems that the Intel SSD disk you propose has TLC (triple) type memory instead of SLC (single) which is ideal for better SQ. Carlos

I think yours is a SLC 
Intel X25-E Extreme SSDSA2SH064G101 / SSDSA2SH064G1GC 64GB 2.5" SLC SSD SATA II Hard Drive
System doesn’t matter - if you have mine.

During 2013-14 I use an X25-E as a system device in my audio PC (single PC). My next step was to use CF instead, and all combinations with that (adapters and cards) I tried was by far better than this SSD. But notice, I only refer to SQ.
As Nobudy has already noted, it is very old.
