Well Marcin I am having horible luck.

Diagnosed with cancer 5weeks ago and now my JCAT usb XE fails.  Was working fine last night.  Came home to turn on my computer and its dead.  Tried it with both my super cap supply and computer supply using the Molex connector and it will not power up. Tried usb  both ports. And another generic usb type a to b cable No go.  Also tried it it both PCIE slots.  My PCIE network card works fine in both card slots.

I have the invoice sent by email from Presto Audio in Canada!  So what do I do now Marcin to get it fixed or replaced!  Please let me know, it is miserable without music!   It does have a two year warranty does it not.  If so is it possible to cross ship it back to you for the replacement.   Based on date I purchased I believe it is still under warranty, which I believe is two years.

Thanks again Marcin!

Appreciate the testing info.  Turns out it was likely a windows device glitch, deleted the device under the Gustard driver in Device Manager and then rebooted!

It works great now.

Actually the final problem turned out to be a failure in my keyboard that was intermittent, how truly strange.
