Hi Marcin, I am new to JPLAY. Just installed a trial version my PC but I can't get it work.
I am using bubbleUPNP and hifi cast on my andriod device. I can see all the albums
but tracks wont show out in both BubbleUPNP and Hifi Cast. I can see Tidal in my BubbleUPNP
but it won't play up any track from Tidal. I pressed the Play button and it just won't play
up any track.

However, I tried to change the renderer from JPLAY FEMTO to Jriver UPNP. I can see all
my albums and tracks are there, I can play any song.

 

My JPLAY settings are as below:

playing via: ks: gustard usb audio 2.0

engine: ULTRAstream

audiopc: this computer

Bitstream: Native

Bitperfect Volume: Off

Dac Link: 10hz

XtremeSize: 1000

Throttle: ON
Hibernate mode: OFF

Status: Memory OK, Audio OK, Clock 0.5ms

 

My computer is a fanless PC

AMD R9 5900x
Gigabyte B550 Aorus pro ac
Apacer server RAM 16GB x2
JCAT USB XE
JCAT NET XE
Apacer SLC SSD for OS (windows server 2019 + audiophile optimizer 3.0 + Fidelizer Pro 8.9 +
Minorityclean 246, Minorityclean 235 and Lemonade forgot version)
Sandisk 2TB SSD
Crucial 1TB SSD
Teradak custom made 600W LPSU

 

Mobile Phone: Vivo R8 Reno Android phone

Mobile app used: BubbleUPNP and Hifi Cast

 

Can I get your advise how I can solve it?

Hi it seems there is a problem with latest version of JPLAY FEMTO with a fix for Tidal. I have the same problem with it on JPLAY iOS.

I've sent an email to Marcin concerning this problem 2 days ago. I hope he will resolve the problem.

I am unable to play Tidal and local files from my music server via JPLAY.

You can try the previous version of JPLAY FEMTO here and tell me if it's work with local files, not sure with Tidal.

Please download JPLAY FEMTO setup again. There is a fix for TiDAL.

thank you for your reply Marcin, i will try download again. My problem isn't only on tidal..including local files. Unable to view local files, only can view folders.. song from tidal unable to playback.

while DC shared me a previous version and it is working fine. Just that some of the songs will skip to next track when it's still about 15 to 12 seconds remaining, it will skip to next track and it will not play the song until end.

Marcin, adrianccm seems to have the same problem I encountered when I've tried the latest version of JPLAY FEMTO with Tidal fix.

It's the reason why I have asked him if his CPU is an AMD.

By my side, I have tested this latest version on three different computers. One with Intel i7 CPU and the other two with AMD Ryzen 5 and 9 CPU.

On the computer with Intel CPU everything is OK and on the computers with AMD Ryzen CPU I have the same problems than adrianccm.

The same problem I've mentioned you via email, yet.

Hi Marcin, Yes, I am using Ryzen R9 5900x
The latest version jplay femto cant work on my system.
The one DC shared to me is able to playback on my system

I tested both hibernate mode on and off on my system with your latest version, both modes wont work..

No wonder, I don't have other system other than AMD now.

I've the same problem with the same cpu ryzen 9 5900X, only with latest jplay femto release. Previous version works fine
