I hope somebody can help.

 

both are installed according the guide. I have note removed any jumpers

 

Optimo Nano has a red diode/LED. It is installed in:

 

Asus Strix B550-I(ITX) 

 

It is not regcoignized in windows 10.

 

I have tried all sorts of settings in BIOS.

 

The Optimo Nano is running insanely hot!

 

I bought this from the official store, and it also looked used!!!!!

 

Im furiuos I payed so much for this!
