I'm at a loss! I've ordered a Net Card XE on March 18th, which was shipped through FedEx. It was supposed to be delivered by the 23rd, but I haven't received it. The tracking status has this message, which I assume is because of customs:
Shipment documentation indicates value discrepancy. Correct value of shipment is required.
Recommended action: Shipper or Importer must confirm or verify value of goods.
I've sent a message, and an email to JCAT staff, yet haven't had a reply from them. I imagine that the declared value documentation is incorrect, or faulty.
Has anyone had this issue? How was it resolved?
