Hi Marcin,

I installed jplay femto on my laptop in a trial version and as single PC setup. I'm using Windows 10pro in a new installation (no branding from Laptop manufacturer). My USB DAC is an ifi micro dsd.

For remote mgmt. I installed mconnect on my iphone 8 and as alternate solution bubble upnp on my android phone.

On both devices I can select femto as streaming server and can find all my files on the laptop or using tidal.

However when I press play nothing happens. These error occurs on both devices.

When I try to play my files direct or using Tidal at the Laptop everything is fine.

Laptop and mobile phones are def. in the same network

I searched on the forum but could not find any answer.

What do I need to change to get it up and running?

Many thanks for your support.

Best regards Armin

Hi Armin,

Do you have the driver loaded for the ifi micro dsd?

Can you please tell us the exact configuration in JPLAY settings panel?

Regards,

Marcin

HI Marcin,

I did not load additional ifi drivers because Spotify and Tidal still run without any problems with the system.

Playing via:   WASAPI: ifi (by AMR) HD USB Audio

Engine:          Classic                                           DAC Link          ~10Hz

Audio PC       This computer (24)                        XtremeSize         1000

Bitsteam        Native(Best)                                   Throttle               ON

Bitperfect Volume    OFF                                     Hibernate mode OFF

Status Memory OK, Audio Consider Kernel Streaming

Is that what you are looking for?

Best regards

Armin

Yes, please load drivers from ifi as the UAC2  driver that comes loaded with Windows 10 doesn't support KS or WASAPI Event Style which means that it can't be used with JPLAY.

Marcin
