Save your own typing and typos, use the following 2 command lines. The 1st command assumes you put your FOD ISO on drive letter E:, change it to whatever drive or folder you put it on.
Powershell Mount-DiskImage -ImagePath E:\17763.1.180914-1434.rs5_release_amd64fre_SERVER-FOD-PACKAGES_OEM_amd64fre_MULTI.iso
Then run the commands:
Diskpart
Then
List Volume
The last command will show mounted drive you should use. Usually it's the next letter in the alphabet, in this case is drive letter F:
Exit to the DOS prompt, then run:
DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:"ServerCore.AppCompatibility~~~~0.0.1.0" /Source:F: /LimitAccess
The OS will ask you to restart. After the restart, you can use Device Manager (devmgmt) and Explorer.
For this we should thank Thuanb.
