Save your own typing and typos, use the following 2 command lines.  The 1st command assumes you put your FOD ISO on drive letter E:, change it to whatever drive or folder you put it on.

Powershell Mount-DiskImage -ImagePath E:\17763.1.180914-1434.rs5_release_amd64fre_SERVER-FOD-PACKAGES_OEM_amd64fre_MULTI.iso

Then run the commands:

List Volume

The last command will show mounted drive you should use.  Usually it's the next letter in the alphabet, in this case is drive letter F:

Exit to the DOS prompt, then run:

DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:"ServerCore.AppCompatibility~~~~" /Source:F: /LimitAccess

The OS will ask you to restart.  After the restart, you can use Device Manager (devmgmt) and Explorer.

For this we should thank Thuanb.

Also, make life easier by renaming the .iso file to something simple. Mine is “fod.iso” ;)
