I am on FEMTO trail version now with Chord 2QUTE dac. For the best sound using BubbleUPNP,

- Should 'Battery Saving' be ON or OFF

- Should 'Use Eventing' set to enable or disable

Let me know from your experience.

Battery saving mode: enabled
Use eventing: enabled
Renderer polling interval: 10,000 ms

In addition, enable gapless control.

Enjoy!

WIth Chord 2Qute dac, I cannot go beyond DacLink of 100 Hz, with ULTRAStream and XStreamSize 1000, Hybernate ON. Tried different Femto settings, but no luck.

Is there any way to adjust settings to get to DACLink close to 1000Hz!

What USB card are you using?

Regardless, I'd try Hibernate off and/or Classic engine.

.....

I recommended adding Singxer F-1 to my friend who owns Dave.  Now he is very happy with DAC Link 1000Hz ULTRAstream KS.  He says there has been a remarkable sound improvement from Dave's USB input.

A laptop generic USB card is unlikely giving low latency performance that warrants higher DAC Links. Singxer is a great recommendation. Alternatively, there’re good DDCs from iFi Audio, Schiit, etc.

Careful with Eventing.

When enabled both Win Server 2019 and W10 installations do not allow tracks to progress properly.

It depends on a tablet & router. No problem in my system

Enabling eventing in BubbleUPNP provided better separation in my setup (you can feel the start and stop of the instrument and voice), but at the expense of adding some digital harshness. So I have disabled eventing
