Does Fideleizer 8.2, CAD Script work/have any effect with 2019?

I haven't tried WS2019. If Fidelizer Pro and the CAD scripts will work with it then I'd expect some effect on sound quality, at least in Desktop mode, although the extent of any effect can't be predicted in advance.

CAD scripts work. Good suggestions, Blawre and Bernie.

Nearly similar. A few commands, used to work in 2016, no longer work in 2019.

why would all commands be the same as in 2016,
This is a new operating system !

As far as I know, all WS2012 commands work in WS2016. Again, just an observation, no big deal here in the Silicon Valley

Will Audiophile Optimizer work on it?

If you have a spare drive, why not try 2019.

You may be surprised at the level of SQ without AO, which, of course can be added later.

I have tried Hysolid, Jplay6.2, CAD script and Fidelizer 8.2.

All seem to work with great results.

Then I suppose you're running WS2019 Desktop Experience.

I've installed WS2019 Essentials with GUI OEM on a spare drive (Samsung msata SSD 64GB) on audio pc. Lots of services are running (103). I did not connect JPlay USB and Net cards, just the basic pc. I've installed SU-1 driver 4.45 and JPlay. I've configured the network settings, network advanced settings, connected to control pc and played from Kazoo some uncompressed flac files 16/44.1 at Ultrastream 700/0.01s as usual. First impressions: More volume, more clarity, very tight bass, wider soundstage - sounds very promising! Next step - installing WS2019 Standard Core, connecting JPlay USB and Net cards, figuring out how to make KS working and reducing services via CAD Audio optimization scripts.

Yes, I felt it safer with the new OS.

Whereas I am unsure that Fidelizer is of advantage when using 2016 and AO, with 2019 without AO it is very bebeficial.

Yes, I agree that even without systematic optimization the WS2019's SQ is very promising to say the least.  I've found the SQ gap between JPLAYStreamer and Foorbar2000 is wider than a fully optimized WS2016.  How do you like the HySolid SQ?  I might try it again.

I can't figure out how to install device manager on WS2019 core. Where do you get this FOD iso file?

I have always reverted back to hysolid after trying out the many new and excellent players.
Sometimes it can be infuriating getting stable continuous play, but when I return to it I am always gratified.
As someone once posted "I love this hobby".

Have a good day
