I am using Windows Server 2016 with Fidelizer an AO2.0 plus All cures any cure. Mainly I use only Jriver 23 to play music, the other night I installed Jplay then open Jriver 23 and finally I open the Jplay settings only, not Jplay mini gave priority high in process lasso to it and then play a file in Jriver23. The surprise is that with this combination the sound gets more sweet with extra detail and sounds more analog, then, if I end in task manager Jplay settings the sound loose its sweet quality and microdetails. Does anybody know why this happens?
Strange combination between jriver and jplay but a good one!

Most likely it's related to Clock - JPLAY forces 0,5ms by default. It's a global setting that affects all applications.

Thanks Marcin, doesn't Fidelizer do that also in OS time resolution? I have it in 0,5ms but yet with Jplay settings in the task manager it sounds even better

I don't know what you have set in fidelizer, maybe a higher value which could explain the sound difference. This is a weird one.
