When I use Bubble DS with my dual PC JPLAYStreamer/Minimserver/Bubble DS setup, I can connect to the system with my Android tablet and I get a choice between Minim Server and MinimServer Proxy for the library. I want to run Minimserver as the shell on my Control PC as this gives a small increase in sound quality. When the Control PC boots with MinimServer as the shell, Bubble DS Server appears not to run on boot and I don't have the Proxy option on my tablet. Is there a way to fix this please? Thanks

If you are using Minimserver as shell with Audiophile Optimizer, it doesn't work. This also happened to me (see previous Minimserver posts) and was solved by deselecting Minimserver as shell in AO and launching Minimserver manually. This can be done by right clicking the green shortcut Minimserver icon and selecting "open". Hope this works for you.

Thanks for the reply Jogar. I use AO and can set Minimserver as shell without any problems. My Control PC boots into Minimserver shell and launches Minimserver automatically. I don't have to launch it manually. I can't run BubbleDS and proxy with Minimserver as shell. Looks like there is no fix for this ... Unless you know one Marcin

Assign Fidelizer to run bubble upnp launcher.exe on startup.

What is the point of running MinimServer as a shell? It has no shell - GUI is used only for configuration and even this can be set remotely via MinimWatch. My advice is not to use any shell for JPLAYStreamer / MinimServer setup.

if you have a headless pc then you want minimserver, bubble upnp launcher, fidelizer and process lasso to run on start up. If you could tell me another way to start these apps on startup you'd be very welcome.
OK! Fidelizer and Process Lasso run on startup but the other 2 need to be run somehow.
So minimserver run as shell and bubble upnp launcher is assigned to run when Fidelizer starts.
